Wellness App Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is applicable to the Wellness app (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices, which was developed by Dr CHASE WEBBER (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Freemium Subscription service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

1. Our Privacy Commitment

1.1 Data is not Collected by the Service Provider

We deeply value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.

Simply put - we do not collect, store, or see your personal data. Everything stays in your control.

1.2 Data Collected and Stored Automatically

The Application uses modern Apple technologies to keep your data safe and private:

• Local Storage (SwiftData) - Any information you enter into the app is saved directly on your physical device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• iCloud Syncing - To help you access your data across your own devices, the app synces your local SwiftData database to your personal Apple iCloud account.
• Assistant Chats - This Application does not gather or store information about chats with the AI Assistant, all chat history is stored directly on your device and iCloud.
• Developer Servers - We do not own, operate, or use any external servers. We cannot access, view, modify, or delete any of the data you create inside the app.

2. Third-Party Sharing

To deliver AI-generated responses, your prompt data and relevant conversation history are transmitted to OpenAI. This data may contain user-entered health questions or personal details. Data handling is governed by OpenAI’s privacy policies, and you can revoke permission at any time in your app profile.

We do not collect or store your data, we never share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third-party companies, advertising networks, or analytics providers.

3. Data Retention and Security

Your data is secured by Apple's built-in device security and iCloud encryption. Your data belongs to you, and it remains in your local storage and iCloud account for as long as you choose to keep it.

You have full control over your data at all times. You can delete your data permanently at any time by:

• Deleting the data directly within the app.
• Deleting the Application from your device.
• Clearing the Application's data from your personal iCloud storage settings.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-09-22

5. Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

6. Your Consent

By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
